Return and Refund Policy

Return period

We operate a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete items will not be accepted. Opened consumables cannot be returned.

You will also need your invoice or proof of purchase.

How to make a return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@fairvision.fr or via the contact form on our website to obtain a return number. No return will be accepted without this number, along with the invoice and the carrier's delivery confirmation.

Items must be sent back to the following address:

Outbound and return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Damage and delivery issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. You have 7 calendar days from delivery to report any issue (defective, damaged, or non-conforming item) by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, accompanied by all supporting documents (photos, packing list, etc.). After this period, products will be deemed conforming.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not accepted for return:

• Opened consumables
• Damaged, soiled, or incomplete items
• Custom-made or personalised products

Exchanges

An exchange (subject to availability) or a refund will be processed within 30 days of our receipt of the returned items.

Right of withdrawal – European Union

In accordance with European regulations, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, without having to justify your decision. The return conditions above apply.

Refunds

Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days to your original payment method.
