Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Preparation

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will be prepared within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your GLS tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times

The delivery times below are provided for guidance only. Any delay shall not entitle the customer to compensation or order cancellation, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

  • Mainland France: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch

  • Europe (EU): 3 to 7 business days after dispatch

  • International (outside EU): 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination

If your order has not been delivered within one month after the estimated delivery date (excluding force majeure), you may request cancellation of the sale in writing. Any amounts paid will be refunded without delay.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and are displayed at checkout.

  • Mainland France: Free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase

  • Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands: Free shipping from €100 (incl. VAT). Below this threshold, shipping fees apply and are displayed at checkout

  • Rest of Europe (EU) & International (outside EU): Shipping costs apply and are calculated at checkout

Customs Duties & Taxes (Outside EU)

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and will be billed directly by the carrier upon delivery. FAIR VISION SAS cannot be held responsible for these additional charges.

Carrier

All orders are shipped via GLS. A tracking link will be sent to you by email upon shipment, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time on gls-group.com.

Transfer of Risk

Consumers (individuals): Risk of loss or damage is transferred when you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

Professionals: Risk is transferred once the parcel is handed over to the carrier by FAIR VISION SAS. Any claim for loss or damage must be made directly with GLS.

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, please check the condition of the package and ensure that the products are functioning properly. You have 7 calendar days from delivery to report any issue (damaged parcel, missing or non-compliant product) by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, including photos and supporting documents. After this period, the products will be considered compliant.
